Hitachi has showed off their newest enterprise hard drive, the Ultrastar C10K1200. Coming in 1.2TB capacity, this 2.5-inch hard drive is equipped with a 64MB of buffer memory, a SAS 6.0Gbps interface, a 10,000RPM spindle speed, a MTBF of 2 million hours and promises to deliver a maximum data transfer rate of 2,232MB/s (recording media).
