Princeton has unveiled a new line of DDR3 SO-DIMM memory modules, the PDN3/1600L. Coming in both 4GB and 8GB sizes, this low-voltage memory modules work at 1.35V and provide 1600MHz speed. The 4GB and 8GB models will start shipping from February 1st for 8,900 Yen (about $98) and 18,900 Yen (about $209), respectively. [Princeton]
