Huawei is preparing to launch another Android smartphone in India namely the Ascend Y201D. The handset will hit India on February 28th for only Rs 4,999 outright (about $90). Specs-wise, the Ascend Y201D packs a 3.5-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen display, a 1GHz single-core processor, a 256MB RAM, a 512MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots, a 2MP rear-facing camera, 3G and runs on Android 2.3 OS.
