Plextor 64GB PX-64M5M and 128GB PX-128M5M mSATA SSDs

Links International has added two new mSATA SSDs from Plextor to its product page, the 64GB PX-64M5M and 128GB PX-128M5M. These ultra-compact SSDs are equipped with 19nm MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell 88SS9187 controller, a MTBF of 2.4 million hours, TRIM support and capable of delivering read/write speeds of up to 540/160 MB/s (64GB Model) and 540/320 MB/s (128GB Model), respectively. The 64GB and 128GB models will go on sale from February 9th for 8,180 Yen (about $87) and 12,480 Yen (about $133), respectively. [Product Page]
