Explay is gearing up to launch their latest dual SIM Android 4.1 smartphone in Russia. Called the Explay HD, the handset packs a 5.0-inch 1280 x 720 IPS touchscreen display, a 1GHz MTK6577 dual-core processor, a PowerVR SGX 531 graphics, a 1GB RAM, a 4GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), dual SIM card slots, dual cameras (1.2MP front & 8MP rear), GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a 2100mAh battery and runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean OS.
