Meizu has officially introduced their latest 4G LTE-enabled smartphone, the MX5. Coming in a metal unibody design, this high-end smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, a 2.2GHz octal-core MediaTek MT6795T SoC processor, a PowerVR G6200 MP4 GPU, a 3GB RAM and a 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage.
Not only that, the handset also packs a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 20.7MP rear-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, dual-color LED flash, laser-aided focus and 4K video capture. Powered by a 3150mAh non-removable Li-ion battery, the handset provides 4G LTE, dual-band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS with A-GPS & GLONASS for connectivity, and runs on the company’s new Flyme OS 4.5.
Available in deep grey, silver and champagne gold color options, the Meizu MX5 retails for CNY 1,799 ($290) for the 16GB version, CNY 1,999 ($322) for the 32GB version and CNY 2,399 ($390) for the 64GB version, respectively. [Product Page]
