ASUS is gearing up to launch their newest 15.6-inch HD notebook, the VivoBook X540YA. Powered by a 1.50GHz AMD APU E1-7010 processor, this entry-level notebook features a 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 HD LED-backlit display, an AMD Radeon R2 graphics card, a 4GB DDR3 RAM and a 500GB hard drive.
The system also comes complete with a VGA webcam, a Super Multi DVD Drive, a multi-format card reader, 1x USB 2.0 port, 1x USB 3.0 port, 1x HDMI output port, 1x USB 3.1 Type-C port, a 3-cell battery and built-in stereo speakers (w/ ASUS SonicMaster Technology).
Running on Windows 10 Home 64-bit OS, the VivoBook X540YA provides WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0 for connectivity. The ASUS VivoBook X540YA will hit the market from March 3rd for around 64,800 Yen (about $574). [Product Page]
