ADATA hits back with a new line of SATA 6.0 Gbps SSDs, the Ultimate SU700. Coming in four different storage capacities: 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with 3D TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Maxiotek controller, AES 256-bit encryption support and an MTBF of 2 million hours.
Equipped with exclusive features including WriteBooster SLC caching, Agile ECC, VPR (virtual parity recovery) and Frequency Control to ensure optimized data transfer and longer lifespan, the Ultimate SU700 SSDs promise to deliver read and write speeds of up to 560MB/s and 520MB/s, respectively.
