BiTMICRO has unveiled their newest industrial-grade SSD, the Ace Drive II. Coming in 2TB capacity, this slim 2.5-inch SSD (7mm thick) are built with MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, SMART support, Native Command Queuing support, an industrial operating temperature of -40 to 85-degree C and an MTBF of 2 million hours.
Other notable features include Industrial Temperature Control Technology, PowerGuard Power Loss Data Protection and Power On Data Erase. Performance-wise, the Ace Drive II can deliver sequential read and write speeds of up to 560Mb/s and 490MB/s, respectively.
